About Me - Chris Casarez
My name is Chris Casarez. I got into SEO in 2002 (though not professionally until 2004). This blog is my attempt to share what I’ve learned (and continue to learn) about search engine optimization and Google Analytics. This blog is also part of a larger network of blogs and websites owned by a number of friends/colleagues who are also specialists in closely related fields (ie. web development, web design, e-commerce, etc).
Since earning a BA in Corporate Communication in 2001, I have worked in several aspects of the internet (I know enough web design/development and database experience to be dangerous). This understanding of what makes websites work has made me a much better SEO professional.
Aside from SEO, I’m also a bit of a science geek and politics junkie, and enjoy reading, hiking, and mixed martial arts.
